Vargas Bakery is really good has a big variety of pastries and you can order your cakes for any celebration. The only issue is parking in the area so maybe you can take an extra person to drop to get the goodies and drive around the block in the mean time. The tres leches is really good. Esta es una de las mejores pastelerías y panaderías de Baltimore. Lo único es que no hay estacionamiento y se batalla para encontrar.

The tres leches cake with strawberry made the night special! The service was great, it was ready on time, the cashiers were nice, (I would like to improve my Spanish :) ) This place is a part of the charm I love about living in Highlandtown!

Love coming here for the pan dulce! The conchas were soft and fresh, even on a Friday afternoon. Yeah, knowing some Spanish helps, which is fine, since it's a Mexican bakery.

I treated myself to a Bday cake n made the best decision by choosing this bakery !! I chose a cake that had kiwi peaches n strawberry slices on top of a whipped cream icing n it was delicious !! I recommend this spot to my friends n neighbors !! 😋😋♥️♥️

You need to come here in the morning if only for the smell. It's sweet and incredible. This review is for the pan dulce only: great selection of all the traditional favorites, plus more. Friendly service, but it helps to know some Spanish. I came looking for pan de Muerto and got all I wanted. True Mexican bakery. Don't think twice.

I ordered our wedding cake and not only was it very delicious but the most beautiful thing! The staff was so kind and helpful. I am especially thankful for delivering it at the park! They are the best :)
